Riverdale Town Square

Our aim was to create a world-class shopping center that would stand out from the rest. We collaborated closely with the client throughout the design process to ensure that their vision came to life in a unique and original way.

We used premium exterior materials such as European concrete siding (Oko Skin), corrugated metal, and brick to enhance the look of the buildings. The storefronts were designed to be twelve feet high, allowing for magnificent views and natural light. Additionally, we incorporated vertical steel plate fins on the building to enable tenants to mount their signs. These fins not only complement the building's design but also provide designated areas for tenant signage and protect the building exterior finishes during signage installation.

We also helped the owner with the Letter of Intent process to ensure that the branding and operational requirements were met for future tenants.
