MACU SugarHouse Branch

The Sugar House Branch for Mountain America Credit Union is a 15,000 SF 2-story facility that houses a branch for local members and accommodates a portion of the building for leasing. The design of this facility is one of the new “mountain modern” design schemes that reflect the geometry of the surrounding Wasatch Front yet capture materials of the modern era. The facility accommodates members who approach the facility in a vehicle and those who want to walk up and complete in-person transactions. Leasing space is available on the second level and invites one to enjoy vistas of the surrounding neighborhood.
