Draper Peaks

The Draper Peaks Retail Center is a 145,000-square-foot retail project spread over nine buildings, anchored by a Kohl’s department store. The majority of the buildings are oriented facing a central linear plaza designed around articulated trellis work and large stone water feature. The center was designed to create a walk-able retail experience, varied storefronts and elevations reference new urbanism with a street appeal, at a pedestrian scale. Draper Peaks Retail Center has quickly become the centerpiece of a rapidly growing small community.
