Bluebird

Bluebird Village is a workforce housing development located in the resort community of Ketchum, Idaho. The project incorporates two buildings utilizing 3-over-1 podium construction, connected through a sky bridge on a compact urban site. With 51 residential units comprising a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts, the design integrates functionality and flexibility. Additionally, the ground floor includes 2,000 square feet of commercial space, contributing to a dynamic mixed-use environment. 

Resident amenities include a rooftop terrace, a multi-purpose area, and a gym, enhancing the living experience. The project also implements sustainability measures, such as a rooftop solar panel array to offset energy costs and green roofs designed to reduce the cooling load during summer months.
