Bullfrog Spas

Bullfrog Spas is a 250,000-square-foot concrete tilt-up structure combining manufacturing, warehouse, R&D, office, and retail showroom spaces under one roof. The cross-dock facility is built for efficiency, with strategically placed loading docks and high-speed overhead doors. Clerestory windows and skylights maximize natural light, creating an energy-efficient and productive environment.

The structure features a 36-foot clear height and optimized column spacing for flexibility and cost-effective construction. On the north end, a 60,000-square-foot, two-story Class-A office space includes expansive glass facades, offering great views and enhancing the workplace. The facility also has a cafeteria, exercise areas, and outdoor patios to support employee well-being.

The retail showroom lets the public engage with Bullfrog Spa’s latest innovations, highlighting products and offering a look into design and manufacturing processes. The exterior’s pixelated gradient paint scheme adds visual interest, elevating the building beyond a standard industrial look.
