City Center Plaza Master Plan

City Center Plaza in Boise is the definition of unique and complex. 371,000 sf of dense mixed-use, including a transit hub, retail and restaurants, offices and classrooms for Boise State University, emerging software technology offices, and convention center space — all overlooking the most prominent public space in downtown Boise. Every project has multiple end users — often intent on pulling in different directions. As the leader of the design team, our role was to analyze the specific space criteria for each of the various entities and then synthesize the information to produce a cohesive and organized design.
