Brigham Crossing Master Plan

Brigham Crossing will be an integrated and cohesive community, providing a self-contained yet well-connected living environment. Organized around a primary axis, the buildings and site planning respond to the dramatic views of the landscape. The retail sites form a pedestrian park and plaza, encouraging active living. Progressing through the site, the retail gives way to a mid-rise hotel, assisted living and independent living. Shielded from the more dense development, various residential options are interspersed between the wetlands, creating an amenity for the residents.
