Traverse Mountain Apartments consists of 317 units in three 49-unit buildings and one 50-unit building with tuck-under private garages running along one side of the single-loaded corridor at the ground level and two 60-unit buildings, with open space covered parking on the ground level.

Due to the sloping grade of the site, access to each apartment building will be via a combination of steps, 1:12 switchback ramps, steps, and sidewalks. The spaces will be attractively landscaped with common areas for BBQ stations and seating.
