Hillcrest Skilled Nursing Facility

Located near the IHC Hospital in Murray, Utah, this facility will help to serve the short-term skilled nursing needs of the residents of Utah.

The building site posed unique challenges with limited space, steep site, and poor soil conditions. The design team designed a five-story facility with two levels of underground parking to respond to the challenges of the site. The physical therapy room is adjacent to the outdoor patio and integrated into the underground parking design. The step design allows all entrances to the building to be on grade, maintaining ADA access to all the building entrances.
