Garbanzo - SLC International Airport

Garbanzo Mediterranean Fresh will be a go-to for the health conscious traveler at the new Salt Lake City International Airport expansion. The brand is known for their no-fuss, fresh, authentic flavor: with that in mind, Babcock’s team translated that into a 1,500 square foot bright dining space with nods to the Mediterranean influence through color and pattern. Bright pops of color highlight seating areas against a neutral palette. A lot of thought was given to where and how the pita is cooked – hoping to draw in visitors in the terminal.

Outstanding Hospitality Management Group (“OHM”) operates F&B concepts in Airports across the USA. Founded in 1998, OHM has grown to become one of the most respected minority owned concessions company in the Airport industry. Today, OHM operates at 13 Airports. OHM chose Babcock Design exclusively for the SLC project. Babcock participated in the Request For Proposal process with OHM.
