The campus for Podium includes two buildings, each 125,000 SF and five stories tall. Featured is floor-to-ceiling glass with a custom angled curtain wall exterior. Important to Podium’s culture, full amenity spaces, including a BBQ cooking area, outdoor dining, basketball and pickle ball courts and covered parking with PV paneling make this office building an inviting place for their employees.

The interior spaces focus on creating a collaborative, invigorating, enjoyable team environment. In addition to a gym and cafeteria, the building has a play center for the children of employees, a golf simulator, a game lounge and a fully licensed and operational daycare.

The buildings are optimized to be highly cost-effective in their concealed elements - reduced inter-story space, highly efficient structural system, reduced building core - so that the client could apply the realized savings towards the elements that will promote their team culture and help them attract the highest quality talent.
