Clearwater Building

City Center Plaza features the Clearwater Building, a nine-story building that is the home of Clearwater Analytics. Clearwater Analytics is the leading provider of web-based investment portfolio accounting, reporting, and reconciliation services for institutional investors in over 9,000 organizations and occupies five floors of the building. Our team designed a cohesive space that allowed Clearwater to consolidate multiple locations into one. The owners were focused on providing employee amenities, including beta bars, break rooms, outdoor patios, shower rooms, and even a basketball court to attract and retain talent with a fresh, young look. The facility also includes one level of retail and restaurants and two levels of parking, all with stunning views of the most prominent public space in downtown Boise.
