South Jordan Public Safety Building

South Jordan City outgrew its original City Hall, built in 2003 and needed an additional facility for its Police and Court functions. The city decided to build the Public Safety Building between the City Hall and the library, extending the government space.

The Public Safety Building is a three-story building with a basement covering approximately 44,000 square feet. It houses the police department and fire administration and features a crime lab, an evidence room, a meeting/training room, and a records storage area.
