Sol Agave

Sol Agave is a renowned restaurant from California.  Their exquisite food is integral to their success, and they have established a loyal following.  The brand is deeply rooted in Mexican culture and the art of producing tequila.  Our team created a space that authentically reflected their vision, using colors, textures, materials, and elements that are true to coastal Mexico.  Relaxing earth tones are common throughout the restaurant, with splashes of refreshing blue accents.  These are accompanied by distinctive wood materials and finishes that complement the design.  Plastered walls, common in Mexico, are another fine detail in the restaurant.  The dining spaces were strategically positioned and designed so that the energy and excitement inside the space were visible to passing pedestrians and vehicles through the floor-to-ceiling glazing.  Elaborate lighting was used to catch people’s attention and stir their curiosity, especially when illuminated at night.   Visible interior wall space was used as a canvas and an opportunity for a branding statement.  Various seating configurations and arrangements were provided to enhance the dining experience.  An inviting outdoor patio, complete with a fire pit, is framed with a decorative railing at the front of the building, and a fully enclosed patio structure was designed on the west side of the building to capture additional seating that could be utilized year-round.  An attention-grabbing bar is placed adjacent to the enclosed patio with a large overhead door to connect the spaces and unify the indoor and outdoor experience.  This award-winning space is more than an eating establishment.  It is a gathering place where people can escape with family and friends to celebrate and create memories.
