One of our most significant accomplishments is the relationships we gain with our clients. These relationships often yield references to build new client relationships when we’re fortunate enough. That was the scenario with the Iron County Sheriff’s Complex. Having completed the Kane County Sheriff’s Complex, the Sheriff, Tracy Glover, passed our information to the Iron County Sheriff’s Department. We have since completed a full design of this 672-bed facility, which is now under construction.
The complex will initially have two complete pods of jail cells, with future growth planned for an additional pod. The main floor of the building consists of a vehicle sallyport, booking area, visitation, public lobby and transportation administration. The second floor is the primary sheriff’s administration area, which includes an office, meeting rooms, a gym, training areas, and future expansion space.
