Bullfrog Spas

Bullfrog Spas is a 250,000-square-foot concrete tilt-up building with manufacturing, warehouse, research and development, and office and retail showroom space under one roof. It is a cross-dock building with loading docks and high-speed overhead doors at grade to maximize efficiency and flexibility for the user. The building utilizes clerestory windows and skylights to maximize natural daylight. It has a 36’ clear height and large efficient column spacings to optimize the economy of the structure while enhancing the flexibility of the interior space layout for the best manufacturing processes. The north end of the building has 60,000 square feet of Class-A office space on two levels, with great expanses of glass to maximize views and the quality of the work environment. There is a large cafeteria for employees to provide for onsite lunches, as well as exercise and outdoor patio space for employee use. There is also a retail showroom for the public to see and experience the latest products and how they are designed and built. The exterior paint scheme is a pixelated gradient pattern that brings excitement and interest to this building type, a step above the typical industrial building project.
