8th and Main Office Tower

Boise, Idaho

The 8th & Main Office Tower in downtown Boise is the tallest building in Idaho and was completed in January 2014.  This striking 17 story building stands as a flagship for Zions Bank in the Idaho region.  Anchor tenants also include the law firm of Holland and Hart and Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse. A second level mezzanine connected to the street by escalator houses three other restaurants overlooking the bustling intersection of Boise’s financial and entertainment districts. The building houses 250,000 square feet of office and retail space and includes three levels of parking with 180 stalls. The top floor, the Idaho Room, has panoramic views overlooking the state capitol with mountains to the north and is available to lease for various functions. Babcock Design’s Boise office is located on the ninth floor
